22nd November 2023 Hiking - Walking: Around Felixstowe Wind Direction: Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: cloudy and chilly Max Speed: Distance Covered: 3.82 miles (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) Wednesday 22nd November - walk *** – Around Felixstowe with Maeva - mainly cloudy. There was a nice sunrise this morning but only managed to get a couple of pics from the back bedroom window before I set off for phsio on my knee. After breakfast we had arranged to pick up the lovely Maeva and have her for the day and set off to walk around at 11.15. We then took the long route home down the never ending Maidstone Road, down the hill to Mc Donalds where we shoered Maeva with autumn leaves before reaching the prom where we bumped into an old friend who we haven’t seen for over 35 years, being cloudy it was a tad on the chilly side so after a quick trip on the pier we headed for home to warm up over lunch, we had walked 3.82 miles! We enjoyed Maevas company until gone 7 when her dad picked her up, sadly she was not 100% but she still managed to give us a few smiles, she is a honey:) Photo Album here |
